Hacia un modelo teórico de gobernanza en destinos turísticos

El estudio analiza un conjunto de planteamientos académicos con el objetivo de formular un modelo teórico para la gobernanza de destinos turísticos; dichos planteamientos son la metagobernanza, la gobernanza corporativa, la relación entre oficinas de gestión de destinos turísticos y actores interesados, la gestión del conocimiento, el papel de las redes sociales en la gobernanza, la teoría de la gobernanza evolutiva y la gobernanza inteligente. Se aplica el método integrador para analizar los contenidos de la literatura académica consultada. Existen evidencias de que una mejor gobernanza influye positivamente en la competitividad y la sostenibilidad de los destinos turísticos. El trabajo aporta un modelo teórico tentativo para la gobernanza de destinos turísticos. Entre los hallazgos del estudio se encuentran la identificación del carácter dinámico de la gobernanza en destinos turísticos, la necesidad de conciliar los intereses de comunidades receptoras y empresas turísticas, la conveniencia de incorporar tecnologías para gestionar la gobernanza y la sinergia entre los planteamientos teóricos sobre conglomerados empresariales, redes sociales y gestión de actores interesados.
Rumo a um modelo teórico de governança em destinos turísticos
O estudo analisa um conjunto de abordagens acadêmicas com o objetivo de formular um modelo teórico para a governança dos destinos turísticos; Estas abordagens são a metagovernança, a governança corporativa, a relação entre os gabinetes de gestão de destinos turísticos e os intervenientes interessados, a gestão do conhecimento, o papel das redes sociais na governação, a teoria da governação evolutiva e a governação inteligente. O método integrativo é aplicado para analisar o conteúdo da literatura acadêmica consultada. Há evidências de que uma melhor governação influencia positivamente a competitividade e a sustentabilidade dos destinos turísticos. O trabalho fornece um modelo teórico provisório para a governança de destinos turísticos. Entre os resultados do estudo estão a identificação da natureza dinâmica da governança nos destinos turísticos, a necessidade de conciliar os interesses das comunidades anfitriãs e das empresas turísticas, a conveniência de incorporar tecnologias para gerir a governança e a sinergia entre as abordagens teóricas sobre os negócios dos conglomerados, redes sociais e gestão de stakeholders.
